Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. How to Cancel

Call or WhatsApp us at 8121 781 089 as soon as possible with your order reference. We will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.

3. Payments on Cancellation

If an order is cancelled before preparation begins and payment was already collected, a refund or adjustment will be handled as per our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as unavailability of ingredients, technical issues, or delivery constraints. In such cases you will be informed, and any payment made will be refunded or adjusted.
